Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received. A contract of purchase between The Little Linen Chest Ltd., and you exists only once the order has been accepted, processed and dispatched to you. Your credit or debit card will be authorised at the time of placing your order but you will not be charged for the value of the goods until the point of dispatch. All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£). Please note we accept online payment by all major debit or credit cards in a secure environment. No credit or debit card details are stored once your order has been processed.

Returns Policy
If you are not happy with the products you have chosen, you may return them to us within 15 days of receipt. We would be happy to exchange or refund your purchase provided that the products are returned, complete, in perfect condition and have been neither used nor washed and remain in their original packing.

Delivery Times and Charges
Unless the items you have ordered are out of stock (in which case you will be notified by e-mail) we aim to dispatch every order within twenty four hours of it being received and processed.

For delivery to mainland United Kingdom, please allow 7 working days..

Express Delivery

For delivery to mainland United Kingdom, please allow 3 working days.

Overseas and non mainland United Kingdom Delivery:

In order to guarantee the safe arrival of our products we use DHL for our overseas orders (please see DHL prices) unless normal airmail is requested, in which case postage is charged at cost. For destinations outside the European Union, please note that any relevant customs or import duties will be your responsibility.
